Default No start, fuel good and have spark. (no codes) modified car

Difficult one here. Its a motor swap. Done several motor swaps never had this problem...
1) Car cranks fuel pressure is good.
2) have spark verified by pulling a plug watching it while cranking
3) pulled plug and fuel is getting too plugs they are getting wet.
4) DIC and HPtuners showing me no codes.
5) verified all block and head grounds

Drained tank and fuel lines and put new fuel in.
Pulled fuel pump fuse tried using carb and choke cleaner into the throttle body to make it fire.
Verified spark again with my finger! that is always an experience..

This is a heavily modified car. And a new build. And also is LS2/3 based with the new timing cover sensor and knock sensor harness extensions. And still has the 24 tooth reluctor wheel..

Sorry its been a long day and still scratching my head and fishing for ideas. throwing something out there.

Did you put the pedal on the floor so it would command clear flood mode? If it ran before, it should run now. Did you check all connections and grounds? Did you have a fuel pressure gauge on it to verify it was at 58psi. Vortec trucks won't start when they are 10psi low.
I would hate to think you have a mechanical issue like valve timing. Is all the engine data reading correctly with the hp tuners?

Thanks Marty, I tore it all back down today and removed a head and oil pump wanted to go back over cam alignment. Went back over valve geometry just to double check myself. I am glad I did because I had a little conflict with the LS2 cover and the double roller. Actually glad it did not fire now. In the process of re-assembly and putting the oil pans back on everything is correct. Hopefully it was just the conflict with the timing cover. I will try the clear flood mode. My compression test setup has gone MIA so borrowing a friends tomorrow just to verify that.

Yes been over all the connections multiple times and the grounds. Yes I have both interior and FPR fuel gauge under the hood. I run my car at 50PSI and increase pressure with boost.

Did you ever figure out the problem? I'm having the same problem.
