Default heat shielding for long tubes (kooks)

Hi,
About to start on my header install project - does anyone have images of these headers installed? I'm trying to get an idea of what wiring I need to protect so I get the right size shielding ordered.

Thanks in advance!!!

I would put some heat shielding around the starter wires and body and you will probably need heat socks for the plug wires... also make sure your o2 wires are clear from touching but I just ziptied mine out of the way... I haven't needed to add any heat shielding on those in about 4 years of use, my longtubes are jethot coated so that does make a big difference

100% correct. Just what I did. Jet Hot does a really good job at lowering the under hood temp. I made my own starter shield out of foil covered steam pipe insulation. Works great.
