Hey guys. I was wondering if it was possible to run clear drl's all the time with the amber turn signal? Not looking for LEDs. Just conventional bulb replacement

Not sure what you are trying to do. The DRLs are the turn signal bulb filaments.

I thought they were clear with the headlights on and amber as DRL and turn signals. I guess they were LEDs . cause they were white and then flashed amber as turn signals

Correct. Bi-color in the same bulb = LEDS.
