Default New setup, where ill be with HP wise.

New mods:

EG Whiplash Cam, on a 112

243 Heads with Texas Speed stage 2.5 porting w/ 2.02"/1.575" valves

PRC valve springs

FAST 92mm Intake, LS2 90mm TB

LG Pro Long Tubes with hi-flow cats, Modded Ti's

3.42 geared rearend.



Hoping to be at or break 400hp.

you should be well into the 400's

From the looks of those goodies, I'd say you should. Also very important to get the best tuner you can, to get everything setup.

you will break 400 EASY... mine made 420rwhp with longtubes, much less aggressive cam than the one you will be using, stock 243 heads, and stock intake/tb

Very similar to my C5 mods and I was exactly at 400 RWHP---with an automatic---
An auto trans in a C5 had about a 20-22% drivetrain loss whereas a 6 speed manual only had a 10-12% drivetrain loss---Not so anymore on a C7 where the auto trans now is equal to or less in drivetrain loss
