You might want to describe the issues your having... what makes you think it's the neutral safety switch...

I may be wrong on this but I do not believe the M6 has a "neutral safety switch. At least there is nothing in the shop manual for the 04 to indicate one exists. Further I can start my car in any gear as long as the clutch pedal is depressed. It does have a clutch pedal position switch which is mounted on the firewall behind/below the clutch pedal. That prevents the car from being started unless the clutch pedal is depressed. Easy to get to if the seat is all the way back for enough room in the foot well.

thanks for the replies guys. I learn something new about this car seems like every week. Thank god for this forum.
I'm having an issue intermitent problem with turning the car on. I everything powers up but no crank. It takes a a few turns. I found that if I slam the clutch down it will crank sometimes on the first turn.

If you need replacement info on the Clutch switch later I can post for you.
Here is the schematic of how it is in the circuit.

No switch on a manual, just the clutch engagement switch. I have to push my clutch pedal all the way and it starts fine.

The original Rochester FI systems had a "nuetral safety switch" which was activated when the ignition was turned to the start position. I have had a few friends refer to the clutch engagement switch as the NSS since it works in the same capacity of allowing the starter to engage.
