There is no indication of an acid leak. However, I am going to clean check all the TAC connections this morning as well as the wheel sensors. I had read that the TAC was notorious on the 97 c5. I have also seen on the forum where it was replaced, but it was something else. Thanks to you guys for your help and support.
Results... Thanks Marc for the offer and I will keep that in mind but...
I blew out the TAC connections and debris was removed. I also blew out the wheel sensors and secured them with electrical tape. The results are good. The codes did not return and there is full power. I only drove it 15 miles but yesterday it happened frequently. I also cleaned all grounds so which one did it, I am not sure. I will continue to drive "like I stole it" for a few days and see if it comes back. If it does, then I will check with Marc. But so far so good. Now on to the low voltage in my other post and I will update there. Thanks to you guys for your help.
GM made a change in the TAC design to resolve the issues with the early years. I have the info on when they did that at home. The newer ones will work on all years. If you get one go with the better one.
