I use Prestone Dot 3. Why mix things up? It's OEM specified and works for millions of cars.

I use to use their ATE Blue until the Feds decided people were too stupid to know it was brake fluid because it was blue. I have now switched to Castrol DOT 4. It replaces Castrol LMA (Low Moisture Absorption) and maintains high wet/dry temps.

I use Ate Superblue and also Type 200. I switch back and forth so it is apparent from the color change at each caliper when that caliper is flushed.

I like the Ate brake fluids.

A Liter is enough to flush the system.

It is all I have used in my dd/track car for over 7 years. Works great, but miss the blue though. Also, it is all I use in my clutch. Never an issue there either.

ATE TYP200 (and the old ATE Super Blue) are DOT4 fluids. A DOT4 fluid will have higher wet and dry boiling points and they are good fluids for autocross events and track days. The Prestone fluid is fine for regular street use. A DOT3 fluid at tracks where there is areas of hard braking will quickly cause that type of fluid to boil.

I used to use both Super Blue and TYP200 for fluid flushes. When I had Super Blue in the brake system, I would do the next flush with TYP200, then go back to Super Blue for the next time. Great way to tell when you had the old fluid out as you would see the color change.

A quart (1 liter) will be more than enough to flush the lines. Use a turkey baster to suck as much of the fluid from the master cylinder reservoir before you start. Fill the reservoir with new fluid then start bleeding the lines.
