Yup, That's the stuff. If you got a Walmart or some kind of Auto Parts store near by you can buy it there as well.

A lot of guys will purchase this one time Combo Pack that also includes a can of Throttle Body Cleaner.

Just a NOTE. In the past,, I have used Brake Parts Cleaner to clean mine. Its still working fine..

I was pretty much in the same boat as you were. Gave both MAF and TB a good cleaning and it runs like new !
