Just a NOTE. In the past,, I have used Brake Parts Cleaner to clean mine. Its still working fine..

Amazing how much affect the small things have on our cars. My 04 vert was generally running less than optimal. Slight hesitation, rough idle, not shifting as crisp as usual. It's hard to believe that a dirty MAF could cause all of the above. Took her apart and cleaned the MAF with CRC MAF Cleaner and she's running like new again. The difference in performance is more than noticeable. I'd look there first if you are experiencing the same issues. Probably the easiest fix I've ever had.
