Default Turn signals flashing

Hi everyone having a super strange issue with my turn signals I have a 1999 c5 6 speed I attached a link to the video of what's going on its basically causing everything to flash when I use the left or right turn signal any help is appreciated thanks

have never seen something like that. Perhaps some of the electrical gurus in here can come up with a cause/solution. Otherwise, have a good shop look at it.

You have a bulb in backwards. Either the front DRL/signal/marker bulb or a tail light bulb.

Thanks I'll check that out, not sure how that could happen from just driving?

found issue turn signal harness was too tight?? it worked when plugged gonna cut the harness and clean it and reinstall thanks for all the help
