Installed c6 zo6 brakes on 97 and have air in system
So I upgraded to c6 z06 brakes, but I'm lost with bleeding the system. I hear the 97-00 have one order and new vettes have a different order. Also with the z06 calipers there is 2 bleeder screws per caliper. I've gone through 2 quarts of fluid and I'm using a compressed air powered vacuum bleeder. I tried to look at the c6 threads and I'm getting nowhere. Any info helps. Thanks for reading.

on the calipers you need to bleed the from the inner valve first and then from the outer valve... I bleed mine starting at the left rear, then right rear, right front, and left front is the last wheel I do

A friend of mine had the right and left sides mixed up so they were upside down even though he knows better (old age). That put the bleeder on bottom with air trapped on top inside the caliper.

The nipples on the calipers should be facing up. I followed the same order that Neutron posted and bled the inside nipple first, then the outside.
Not that I posted much about bleeding the calipers but this was my install thread.
