I have a 98 and apparently there was a recall way back when on the driver seat track where the seat has forward play so when you hit the brakes the seat slides forward about and inch then returns back. Is there a DIY fix out there by any chance?

You can just order just order the shims.

OMG! After watching that video I think I will just tolerate the seat side lol.
