C5 1997 auto and holley efi
Hi. im helping a friend with the installation of holley efi in his vette. he bought a complete kit from steve morris but there is no wiring diagram how to wire it to the car... anyone know how to wire it up so we can get the power windows and so on to work as well as the cluster. we want the car to act as stock but have the holley as the engine management.

WHY,,,,,,,,,,, ON EARTH,,, would you install a Holley system over the OEM fuel Injection System?
I have to know..

the car is a full interior streetcar. we want the stock cluster to work and the power steering and so on. we want the car to behave as it would be stock except for the power and transmission

Although I agree 100% with Bill's comments, above, you might get a better response if you provide more information on what you and your friend are trying to accomplish, and what engine, transmission, etc, that you have.

we will add nitrous controll and water/meth injection later on.
we want the car to have a stock feel about it since nothing on the outside is changed. also interior is completely stock so we dont want to add an ugly cluster.

Which Holley did you get HP or Dominator? The Holley ECU comes with a CD it has all the wiring instruction included.

using the stock pcm for 1000hp car is not something that anybody should even consider. its way to slow and has way to little capability of logging. also we dont want to run 15 extra boxes just to manage each and every single thing. its much easier to controll and optimize everything if its all managed under the same unit and with better logging capability. me myself run fueltech but since this car was supposed to be a more street/daily we want the cluster and 4L60E transmission to work

As i said. we dont remove the stock pcm. we have to keep it in order to get the cluster and stuff like power windows to work. that is why im asking what and where to splice in on that harness. we will only use the holley for the engine and trans. the problem is that the stock ECU is way to useless when it comes to handle much power.the processing power is like an 80s calculator.

basically the people who has this data, don't post on the internet. especially if you're looking for DIY schematics.
as for gauges, you'll have to double up on sensors, holley inputs has to be independent from the pcm. this also goes the pedal and throttle body. be open to sacrificing certain oem enmities. I have a holley setup also, but will be having a local shop do the install.

If you know a shop that knows how to wire it up without running dual sensors please tell me
