Default 6.0 liter Iron Block and 5.7 liter aluminum heads

Can I use the aluminum heads from a 5.7 liter on a 6.0 liter iron block that has been bored .030 over? What has to be done other than match the the combustion chambers to the cylinder bore size? Is that it?

5.7L or 5.3L will work just fine on a 4.030" bore block. One can run into problems with the revers; bigger chambers than the block bore.
