Default Problem on head bolt hole , need solution

Okay heres the break down :

Final torque number 10 bolt passenger side head bolt.

Stripped the aluminum threads right out..

Removed driver side head at same time in fear the same might have happened when i was driving them in.. Found aluminum break off pieces on threads of the new ARP bolts I was using..

PURCHASED the time sert kit for block hole repair..

Question : if i purchase a 90 degree drill can I repair #10 bolt hole and the lower right bolt hole (driver side) without removing the entire engine? I am down to the block and am held up by potential fire wall/ brake booster issues on the driver side..

Anyone have experience with this issue?
