Gotta do what you gotta do...lol

I'm custom building a widebody over fender setup on mine now...in the Liberty Walk/RWB/Rocket Bunny style. It'll flare the front and rear...here's a glimpse. Still in the early pre-clay stages...but...should be on the streets in time to shock the old boys at the Bash in April then tear up the dragon for Zdayz

Think this below...but on a Corvette...kinda...my design will be different but...along those lines...

I think it looks good the way it is. I wouldn't change it.

What wheels are they by the way? 18"/19"?

I only see 3 threads showing on the stock bolts so I'm assuming if I want to bring it down, I'll need extended bolts. Question is, how low can you go before you are on the stops? I don't want to jack the handling up but I want the "look". I'd hate to have to go to coil overs at this point. Suggestions? Here's how it sits now:

Personally, I lowered on stock bolts and 17/18 stock rims and its ok. its just low enough around my neck of the woods to scrape every so often. It really depends on what your going for. looks or performance? if its looks and trying to fill that gap your best options is larger rims or tires or if you really want to slam it and be 2" off the ground go for adjustable shocks like the others that have already posted.

Damn, some of you guys must scrape on almost everything. Mine is not nearly that low and I am constantly scraping on the road, speed bumps, driveway etc...

Be careful going lower than "max on stock bolts" with the stock shocks.
Max on stock bolts was a nice improvement in every way.

Then I went even lower with the longer bolts in rear and the C6 bolts up front. It was so stiff it was like driving with no shocks at all.

I have coil overs now and it allowed me to get as low as I wanted, and retained a really nice ride quality.

Scrapping what exactly?
If you say your front air dam then I'm laughing, cause that's nothing to get excited about!

I scrape my air dam about 6-10x I drive the friggin car. Which is almost every day. You learn really quick where you can and cannot go and where you have to go REALLY REALLY slow. There are certain places in the parking garage at work that I cannot go even, mainly because of speed bumps. Why ruin a good thing by raising the car up? Just means I get to drive it more while I find other routes to get to places! I have 2" of clearance under my air dam and 3.5" @ drain plug (Lowest point). I love the car and dont have any intention of bringing it up. My vote: DROP IT!
