So I recently bought a 02 Z with 34k on it never looked at oil pressure but I finally found it on the dash and I just wanna make sure the numbers sound right to you guys..

Cold start 44-48 psi
Operating temp -38-40 psi
Wot- I've seen high as 68-70
Do these numbers seem normal to you guys ? Thanks in advance

Yes sound about right..oil pressure also depends on the oil viscosity also..but your numbers look right...

I run the same oil in a 2004 Z06 with 25k , and your numbers look same as mine.

Also depends on what kind of oil pump is installed - Factory or aftermarket High Pressure. Those numbers are good numbers.

Cars all stock allegedly very lightly used so in glad those numbers are good .. Lol
