Black to Blue (Vinyl)
Hey everyone,
Just wrapped my car with vinyl, curious to think what everyone's thoughts are. The pictures are not that good right now but will post some better ones soon. There are a few places that I might need to have my friend redo the vinyl but overall it came out pretty nice.

Some friends recommended orange, one a BMW blue, but ultimately, I wanted something that doesn't look too different than a factory one. The pictures do not do it justice, but in person any corvette buff would know it is slightly off than factory which is what I was going for.

I've had a friend who got into this business a few months ago do it so I had a deeper discount, but usually it costs $2.7-3.3K.
That is one of the big reasons I did it for mine, I saw some minor chips from rocks and some parts were the paint suffered a bit from the sun so I wanted to protect it while also looking new. I think this actually becomes economical considering we need a good detail or two a year so that's $400-500 savings right there.
It is really easily to wash this (just soap and water) and you can use some of the wax products to make it super smooth. Also if something happens, you can just replace one panel.

Looks great, I have an electron blue Z, I think this color looks closer to the old Nassau blue from years earlier.
My blue is much more dark than your car, I like the lighter blue.

Finally! I was waiting to see if someone thought it looked like the old Nassau blue. This is kind of what I was going for, I think that was a nice looking color.

I love the color man! In the sun it looks like Nassau Blue but in the shade it looks similar to Jetstream Blue. Both are favorites of mine.. VERY nice! Good job and thanks for posting up pics.

+1 Looks great in the photos; I'd be curious to see it in person if I lived closer.
