Just never liked that type of seat cover. I ended up getting these.

If you must, I've had both, (Leatherette smells like cheap plastic!) go with the Neoprene... stays cooler. more comfortable and the fit better!
Here's mine that I put on during hot top down Summer driving.

Have you ever smelled a westsuit? Just keep your seats clean.
Didn't you buy the car to use it? or save it for the next person.
Seat cover are cheesy!
If your that dirty you probably shouldn't be dirving your car.

Well, thanks for the opinion, ScottJ03, but who said anything about being dirty? Like I said, I kept the leather seats in my Camaro clean and conditioned all the time, but after 2 or 3 years of daily driving, they still became wrinkled/cracked. This was caused by the sun and normal use... it had nothing to do with being dirty.

I can not add much as you have been given at least 3 choices. I would go for the slip on towel like cover from Pipedreams, use it for the DD and remove it when you are just cruising or going out. Small investment, should do the trick and allows you to enjoy the leather seating when you want to.

I've had mine on since '06 (leatherette from Coverking) and no one can tell they're seat covers.
Remember, the seat is made of leatherette except the insert, which is made of leather.
Ebony with red insert and logo.
Drove with the top off yesterday in 110 degress for about 2 hours, not to bad.

Mine are the Coverking Neoprene too... I highly recommend them. I have the "Bowtie" logo on mine as there is apparently a licensing issue with the C6 emblem.

Even with the extreme heat and relentless sunshine here in Arizona, I can't see using seat covers. I want to enjoy my car...not worry about keeping the seats looking pristine for the next owner to enjoy. It's not difficult to keep your seats looking nice.

Seat covers just don't look right in the interior to me. Be religious about keeping your seats clean and treated and just let the chips fall where they do. IF down the road you need to recover with the factory skins (or something nice aftermarket that is leather) then do it. This falls into the category of "why are you saving your car for the next guy".
