they will physically fit, but they will stick out of the fenders enough to be pretty ugly....plus a big enough bump will almost certainly result in tire-fender contact which could crack body panels.

There are pictures of it around the forum and it looks BAD in my opinion.

They will stick out far enough that if you were to bottom the suspension you will likely crack the fender. The wheels will bolt on as the bolt pattern is the same but the wheels have a different offset.

12" Z06 rims don't fit on a C6...you can damage your car. You can easily use Z06 size runflats on 11" rear rims with the proper offsets.

Saw a C6 vert with ZO6 wheels and tires and it was DARN UGLY and UNSAFE TO BOOT.

Wayne gave you the best advise, there are repo wheels with the correct offset which you can use with the bigger Z tires. Stay safe and keep the tires in the fenderwell.
