gull wing or lambo doors
has anyone installed the bolt in, dream car custom, lambo doors in there c6 vette. looks simple and nothing to modify really thank they look great mike

How to 'hockey' up your car by putting Lambo doors on it. It will look 'ghetto'. While you're at it make it a 'low rider' complete with hydraulic system and chain steering wheel to 'bounce' the car at car shows.
Don't do it!!
It will kill the value of the car if you can ever sell it. I would never buy a car with Lambo doors. I saw a Smart car with Lambo doors. Looked goofy. So will your nice looking Vette look goofy.

I am going to take a wild guess and bet that you will not find much love for Lambo doors on the forum.

I talked with a guy who did Lambo style doors on his Corvette. They might have been different than the one's you're considering but this guy was having fitment/sealing issues with his.
A garage six feet wide!
That's a narrow garage...it might work with those Fisher-Price Smart cars but for anything else you're going to need ejection seats (let's hope you have high ceilings).
I like this guy...he is a funny guy!

The only thing lambo doors on a Vette at a car show do is make me quickly walk by it and go look at the other cars I want to see!

If you're driving a beat up POS Honda Civic with purple lights underneath, wheels offset outside the fenders, paint mostly gone, with a $7k sound system and a fart can exhaust muffler, . . .
then you have the perfect candidate for lambo doors. Otherwise, um. . no.
