Hey Jim you finally made it! She's a beauty. Hope you had a good trip back. Thanks for your service.

Nice going Mike. Jim made the right decision.

I just read Jim's write-up. That just about says it all. Once again, nice going Mike, you made his dream come true.

Congrats to Jim on his beautiful new GS. The Crystal Red and Cashmere is a simply gorgeous color combo. And congrats to Mike and Criswell on delivering the outstanding service that resulted in another stunning Corvette driving down the road with a very satisfied customer behind the wheel.

And last but not least -- Go Navy!!

Default Thank you Jim....from Mike Furman

What an amazing experience! This being my 3rd Corvette, the rush and joy just keeps getting better. As Mike stated, I began my search for a new Vette several weeks. After contacting a few of the major CF dealers, I finally settled on Criswell and Mike Furman. Mike and his team showed enormous patience with me for as many of you know, buying a Corvette is a decision not to be taken lightly. After a few undecided and nearly down turn moments, our decision was in place and Mike took over. Within minutes of my arrival at the nearby metro station, Mike had dispatched a driver to bring me to the dealership. With coffee waiting, the dealership was a welcomed warm up coming from temps in the 20’s. Everything about the transaction was as promised. Met Mr. Brain Geist (General Sales Manager) who was very cordial in welcoming. Mike was available and quickly escorted me to his office. After a short time I was in with Mr. Dan (the finance/contract man). Dan is another great member of the Criswell team. The numbers were all there and they were as I expected. No surprises, no ups, no extras. Just an excellent deal. Finally it was back with Mike where he meticulously proceeded to go over the various components of the vehicle. Although we were somewhat outdoors, Mike was able to cover the major areas of vehicle operation. Before I knew it I was rolling down Corvette Alley and onto the interstate. The 216 mile trip home was ample opportunity to well verse myself in the operation of the car. Keeping in true Corvette fashion and style, when I decided I needed to be down or around another vehicle, the Corvette delivered without hesitation. True power and performance.

In summary, the folks at Criswell Chevrolet are superior. From your first contact and negotiations, to the actual meeting at the dealership (if you decide to go there in person) the entire process is flawless. A big salute to Mr. Brian Geist (General Sales Manager) who worked with me coming to the right price. To Mr. Dan (Finance/Contract Man), thanks for being so efficient and right on. Your listening skills are remarkable. Finally to the man that made it all possible, Mr. Mike Furman. The Corvette name could not ask for a better representative. Mike exemplifies what it means to take care of the customer and ensure that all is what was promised and delivered. His knowledge and enthusiasm of the Corvette is unmatched. If you or anyone you know are thinking, shopping, or just looking for a Corvette, do yourself justice and place the name Mike Furman at Criswell Chevrolet at the top of your list. It’ll be the best part of your check off list as you build your dream Corvette.

Thanks for reading and save the wave!

Jim,
Thank you so much for all the time and effort to write such a nice note.
I truly enjoy what I do and where I do it which makes my plight to please my customers that much easier. Very glad the trip home went well. Please stay in touch.

Best Regards,

Mike Furman
