C7 of the Year - Unmodified Finalist 2021
I used number 4 with good results
This is just crazy!
I ran out of Zaino "Z-6 Gloss Enhancer Spray", so I am off to the local stores around here to buy some detailer spray that will get me that nice slippery shine between wax jobs like the Zaino Z-6 does.
I think I want to purchase Meguiar's products now, but when I got on there website, I find these 4 separate 'Quik Detailer' sprays available from Meguiar's.
How the heck is somebody to decide which one of the 4 is best?
I just want something comparable to Zaino Z-6.
Anyone here know which of these Detailers will give the wettest / slipperiest shine between regular waxing and easy to use like the Zaino Z-6?
Thank's
BTW ... I am thinking maybe the "Ultimate Quik Detailer" maybe the best since the Meguiar's "Ultimate Liquid Wax" is about there best synthetic polymer wax.

I still use Z6 but am also happy with Adam's Detail Spray which is pink in color and strawberry scent. You would have to order this or get it at a car show. I have only found one store that sells Adam's products and it's 95 miles from me.

I've been using the "Quick Detailer" for a long time. Used it on 2003 Anniversary Coupe, 1994 Black Rose convert, 1995 Dark Purple convert and 2012 Supersonic Blue GS coupe. I also use it on 3 Mercedes and I couldn't be happier. Leaves a great shine and cleans fairly well. People say it makes the paint "pop". Give it a try, it's cheap enough. It is also carried by Home Depot and Lowes.

I use the Ultimate detail spray and also the Gold class. I haven't seen the NXT detailer around here but when I do I will give it a try. I use the red bottle stuff when I clay bar the car.

I'll throw this out there (to make it more confusing).
You can get Surf City Garage products at some Wal-Marts and at most of the auto parts stores. They sell quality stuff that's readily available and not super expensive (it is more expensive than typical Meguiar's stuff).

Well, I lucked out today ...
Went to AutoZone to give them 5 1/2 quarts of used oil from my last oil change. While I was there, I checked the price on the Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Detailer. Price was $11.99
So happens, there is an Advanced Auto Parts almost right next door. Went in there and they had the Meguiar's Ultimate on sale for $8.40
Only 1 spray bottle left on the shelf ... Needless to say, I bought it!

I use Megs for everything, but really think Mothers quick detailer is just a bit better. However, I have so much Quick Detailer now, I'll just stick with it. I think they're all pretty close for a car that is regularly waxed, but the Mothers doesn't leave smears after one wipe. The Megs seems to take several passes with the microfiber cloth.

And the regular price for the Mothers is a little cheaper than the regular price for the Meguiar's too.
oh well

Its not confusing at all. Each of the four detail sprays are part of four different car care product lines they sell. Each one has a polish, wax, and detailer. The better one of the four is the ultimate line.

Most name brand detailers are pretty good and are mostly the same. The one I use is a SurfCity garage product called Hot Rod which I like the best.

Ultimate...Have not tried the Surf city but I have used all the others...All the Ultimate products are good..
Currently I am using the Meguires ceramic wax...I like it as well and I fill a 32 ounce bottle with water and about 25 squirts of the ceramic wax and use it as a detailer...Works awesome and easy and inexpensive too using it that way as well...
My only complaint about Meguires is their packaging is cheap and sometimes doesn't work and heaven help if you drop it....crack...
