Ya, just had to do it.. it wasn't a bad day but raining pretty heavily at times.. I happen to like seeing the water bead up on the car and windshield at speed.. Pretty nice..

Only time I drive the vet in the rain, is when I call the weather wrong, and end up having to instead.
It not all the evil if not a down pour and have to sit under a under pass since my tires will hydroplane too much and too scary to drive in deeper/heaver rain, but the bigger PITA is having to wash the car sooner instead.
Truth is, with rain X on the windshield and it a fair weather driver only, I don't even use the washer fluid, since it just another reason to have to wash the car sooner if used instead.
My winter/snow 4x4 truck on the other hand, pretty sure that there is not a river or stream near me that I have not used it to do a water crossing instead. Hence it does not get washed that much, and driving it in the rain is the same at it getting a washing instead.

I drivie mine in rain all the time. I bought it to drive. Spring, summer and fall ill DD it. Even with the ET street drag radials on the back. Close friend drives his mclaren in the rain also. We both agree it's a waste to not drive just because it's wet out.
