Default Most HP through a A6 + D1 + 6.2L LS3 376ci Engine?

Whats the record for most HP pushed through a stock LSX376 "LS3 with lower compression" engine with a D1 procharger.. through an A6 transmission?

I am at 753rwhp now @ ~12psi.. about to pulley it down to 16-17psi on a E85 conversion.. I only see F1's making 850+rwhp through M6's "never D1's on A6 or M6".. this is the reason I ask!

Honestly I don't know of any LS3 A6's past 750rwhp other than yours... I've never read or heard of any others

you say stock LSX376.. as in Stock ls3? or Iron Bloack LSX? once the iron block is thrown in there is nothing stock about a Build motor..

That being said i dont think the a6s live in stock form over 650 rwhp.. and i dont think enough people have built A6s pushing big power to really test it. From what i have seen most of the people who wanted Big power in an auto vette do the 4l80 Conversion as none of the current built A6s have proven themselves.

My friend killed the A6 on his car with bolt-ons and a set of drag radials. The gears are plenty strong but the internal clutch packs are NOT meant to see a lot of power and once they begin to slip, its done.
The reason you don't see a lot of stock A6 trannies past 650WHP is because they don't last...

fixed.

We have several ten second A6's that have held up all season stock, track and street raced cars, but I would like to see what happens after several seasons worth of that too.

Not quite 750, but here's a stock engine we finished a while ago on an 11 Grand sport. 727/640. I saw the owner at PRI, and he has been having a lot of fun with it. He owns R&R connecting rods, so we are going to build the trans, and he is going to put together a forged motor, and we are going to turn it up from there.

Good luck with your build, sounds great.

My car makes big power but has Turbos. I would expect it to make over 900rwhp on a cold day.
I'm LS2 though.

My car originally has this very same setup, but didnt make anywhere near that power. My LS3 with headers, full exhaust,cam,D1,methanol,injectors, and tune made 650-660 rwhp.

On your street tires it will last for ever since you can't possibly load the tranny up without traction

I tuned a YSI 402 over in Abu Dhabi that made 790rwhp on pump gas. It had a built A6 in it!
