Default Lethal Performance Grand sport F1C

We worked pretty hard to finish up a members car that protects our country every day. The customer came to us after he had been left in the cold from another shop that is no longer open and took his hard earned money. He recovered his car and brought it to us and we worked hard inorder to get it to him. We worked with the customer as mush as possible to fix everything we could possibly do inorder to stay within his budget. The car was needing some attention to detail and alot of mistakes had been made when the new drive-line was installed so we corrected as many as possible. The customer wants to see 1000 rwhp from the build the only limiting factor I see is the heads being a LS3. We have made over 900 rwhp with LS3 heads with Ty's car and no coolant loss but tuning will net what we feel is the limit to this. Car does have LS9 gaskets and we didn't have all the specs of the car but she is up and running and the customer got his car back

Diff was leaking. Replaced and resealed O ring

Alll cleaned up and ready for service

Other shop cut the fan wiring. We soldered the wiring back together with connector barrels inorder to make sure she had a good connection.

Re did the fuel system wiring as much as possible. Regulator and wiring were not correct and locations where relocated. To protect the wiring as much as possible. Would have preferred to put the controller inside the car.

Redid the Meth Nozzles. Did not like the routing or the sealing method used

Much better

Redid the clutch. Spacing was not correct and the slave had to be milled and clearanced. Speed bleeder needed to be notched.

Added our vent catch can to it and some nice overview shots of the car. Was alot of work in a short time frame and alot of the small fine details got corrected and the customer was very happy. Dyno numbers to follow. Should run very well.

Thanks a lot Lethal Performance for all the hard work and help. Loving the car everyday. The guys at Lethal Performance are amazing! They sacrificed their own time during the holidays to get me going. They truly put an end to a nightmare. Here are my specs

It's all good. Took it out to the 151 meet last night. Felt good to get back out there in the scene. Had a couple pukes out there, but that's normal. Had one guy tell me that he hasn't heard a P1SC sound so good...lmao. Got a grand total of 397 miles on the new motor. Bought new fender inserts and installed them yesterday. No more broke clips and gorrilla glue..lmao. Gonna pick up a new line for the blow off valve, it was fluttering a lot because I have an old line from the last setup that is burnt up from headers. Now that the big stuff is out of the way I can start working on some more small details that need to be addressed.

Nice job fixing their mess, It's always a pain to redo another shops screw up. I heard about the cops at his apartment the other morning check serial numbers. They thought it was my Z because of the red wheels.

I finally settled in on them about seven years ago after doing business with several other shops. Back then, like this thread, Lethal worked their magic on my C5 that another shop had half-a$$ed. Danny and Lethal have gone above and beyond with customer service to me and my friends.

Now how much more nut swinging do I have to do to get a discount on that TT kit bro or at least a free nights stay at the casa with the next round of mods
