Default ECS dyno sheet question...

I copied and pasted this from the ECS website under the SC 1500 supercharger kit C6 Corvette LS2 2005-2007

"Supercharged horsepower and torque data shown is a calculated estimate based on percentage increases from actual rear wheel hp/tq measurements."

then it goes on to show dyno sheets...

So, when I'm looking at a dyno sheet from ECS is it not the actual RWHP but an estimate of the HP at the crank???

I think their point is that they can't guarantee the EXACT amount of horsepower your car will gain from their kit. The dyno graphs are real and not inflated or anything like that.

All of our dyno sheets are from a chassis dyno, thanks for your interest.

My 2007 Corvette Z06 LS7 with Camshaft and Ported heads on 3.5lbs of boost made 625hp (wheel HP) on and ECS kit. If I was to increase the diameter opening of the restriction plate a couple mm I could obtain 5lbs of boost and be closer to 700 hp. Great kit.

I have no doubt that it is a great kit. I see that many people are happy with it.

It reads std SAE corrected HP numbers, typical chassis dyno.
