Again I'm only guessing. I'm not asking him these questions at the moment I'm only assuming. Bottom line is something got messed up and now it's being dealt with. At the end of the day that's all that really matters. It's nice to have a tuner who stands behind his work and I trust him 100%. Great guy.

Once you got the car in a basic tune running and idling. What's the average amount of time it takes to get the tune finished up. When running speed density. I know every vehicle is different but just as an average how many hours would it take to be set up?? I'm asking because we are starting the Dyno tuning at 9 am tomorrow and my tuner figures he will have me on the road by 4 pm. Does that sound about right?

That seems a bit long but better he leaves time to do it right and take care of any issues that might pop up. It's better than telling you 4 hours and it takes eight.

There's no reason it can't be done in that amount of time.

Depends on the tuner though.

I think the only issue is that it's sd and it's like -4 in the morning and he says weather affects the tube so we shall see. Big day for me tomorrow guys..... Wish me luck. What a roller coaster this build has been lol.

Ok so tomorrow when we stay Dyno tuning do we tune without the meth first then once happy with that start using the meth and tune additionally or just start right off the bat using meth and tune for it right there and then.

I always tune with no meth first. But the tuner should do what he's comfortable with.

Hey guys. The supercharger belt gets really hot on this thing. Is that a sign of misalignment? Just curious. When we installed the blower we never had to cut any of the water pump but the belt is very close to touching itself in that area. The belt really does get pretty hot though.

Are you seeing any remnants of belt in any of the pullies? When mine was way off it was leaving pieces of belt in the alternator pulley

As far as temp.. No idea.
