Oh--and you mentioned MAF/SD earlier..
I switched to the LS7 style MAF just because they look a lot cleaner and the signal jumps around so bad I stopped even trying to use the MAF anymore. Too much turbulence IMO. I know some people run them on later cars and they work ok. I'm convinced the newer cars filter the MAF signal better somehow, but that is just my opinion, not fact.
I added a honeycomb prior to the MAF and that helped a lot, but still, it ran better in SD so I didn't see any reason to fool with it anymore. I would just stick with SD if you're happy with it.

The problem is with the trans. There has been a lot of trouble getting autos to hold up to the abuse.
If I remember right I was something like number 100 over 700hp tuned at ECS and that was 5 years ago. Still on the same LS2 that never even had the valve covers off. But that is also on a manual.

Yep... 540rwhp through an A6 is going to be over 570rwhp with an M6. There is so much more than dyno #s, especially with different dynos. You have a great baseline to work with. As others have mentioned, when you're ready for more, it will be there as you have a lot of HP potential with the blower package you chose.

dyno numbers are just that... numbers. they don't mean ****. here is an example... a friend of mine just had his car dyno'd. on one it put down 640rwhp... about a month later he had it re dyno'd but this time a different dyno... put down 730rwhp, exact same setup.
its amazing how many shops have inflated numbers, kinda scary really.
