Help with oil line on tt application
Figured this was the best spot for advise .
Ok so just bought a 09 zo6 last week.
Has a aps tt system on it.
I've notice a small oil leak and finally tracked it down.
On the dry sump tank there is a smaller piggy back tank on the back of it. (Added in 09+)
On the very top of this tank there is a nipple that makes a 90* bend.
From what I read ....factory there is a oil line from there to the air intake .
Mine has nothing at all and oil is slowly dripping out of the nipple.
The previous owner said he believes they had it capped off.
I don't seem to agree with that.
So were are you guys running this line? I would think back to the valve cover. Or am I wrong??

Yeah from the factory they have a hard nylon line that Y's together from the top of both tanks to the passenger side valve cover and all of them will leak so. If it were me yes I'd run it back to a valve cover as it needs ventilation to rise and lower the level accordingly, GL!
