Default Stainless Steel Headers Made In USA for Under $850 Shipped @ Hinson Motorsports

Hinson Motrosports is proud to bring the C6 and C6 Z06 Corvette market the first set of MADE IN AMERICA, stainless steel, ceramic coated 1 7/8 headers for under $850.00 shipped to the lower 48 states. The headers are all mandrel bent with 1 7/8" primary tubes, 3/8" thick flanges, and 3" collectors. Also, all of our headers and x-pipes are ceramic coated to help reduce heat under the hood and the interior of the car. Our headers slide in to place without the need to loosen the engine mounts or the front crossmember. Installation time is short and can be done easily from below the car. Fitments currently available for the C6 wet and dry sump models with off road connections only.

*Expect to see gains of 25rwhp or more from the addition of these headers with a tune.

curious why anyone even makes headers in the 1 7/8 size? seems like the 2" headers make more power with nearly zero compromise on the low end.

looks like great headers with good fitment and the o2 sensor placement certainly better than my LGs but surprised dont just make the 2" headers and call it a day.

Because on some of the smaller displacement cars this is not a true statement. The idea was to create a well rounded header that would work for the mas majority of Corvette owners.

Fixed, just a short video after I go it back together from a clutch install and swapped headers and x pipe.

Thanks! Cell phone video doesnt do it justice. Plus it was learning new fuel trims from the battery being unplugged for a few weeks. The thing I hear the most is how good it sounds.
