Wondering if they have a exchange program. I purchased a tuner from them and did 2 pulls with it. Come to find out I didn't purchase the pro version to measure afr. I've sent 2 emails in the last 2 days but haven't heard back. Anyone know of anything like this.

They do have an upgrade option.

How much would it cost to upgrade from the Standard MPVI to the Pro MPVI if I decided to upgrade later?

There are many write-ups, there is s nice post on the CF as well as other places.
Search for it (you can also get the gist from the guys that use the EGR input - same deal, just a different PID).
The wideband outputs 0 - 5v, you need a PCM input sensor that is also expecting the same range, and the A/C pressure switch is that input. You unplug the pressure switch and feed that connector the WB signal while tuning.
