Poll: Best sounding Header/Exhaust combo
I would like to know everyone's opinion on the best sounding Header/axle back exhaust combo...I like LG Motorsports Pro Long Tubes and Borla Stingers.
Here are some samples of what that combo sounds like...

The headers used don't really matter. It's all about the Corsa Mufflers! The headers give the car a RACE car like sound that I think most people love. I have read a few posts on here where some thought it was too loud(or their wife did). Of corse everyone has their personal favorites too.

I've ran the following setups:
GHL Exhaust = Sounded good, but droned.
GHL Exhaust with Kooks 1 3/4" headers and a 3x2.5" Catted X-Pipe = Sounded GREAT, but droned so much it made me not want to drive the car.
Corsa Exhaust with Kooks 1 3/4" headers and a 3x2.5" Catted X-Pipe = Sounded OK... A bit raspy for my taste, and heavy...
C6 Z06 Exhaust, Always Open, with Kooks 1 3/4" headers and a 3x3" Catted X-Pipe = Sounded good, but droned a lot.
Current setup:
C6 Z06 Exhaust, Automatically actuated, with American Racing 1 7/8" headers and a 3x3" Catted X-Pipe = The larger primaries didn't really change the sound much, but with the headers automatically actuated by the throttle, my car is quiet when cruising on the highway, and loud the moment I start getting on the gas. Very happy with it...
Demo:
GHL Exhaust = Sounded good, but droned.

Hey! I know that car!!
The videos don't do it justice.
My only complaint... big time drone at freeway speeds in the 1500-1900 range. Otherwise, fan-friggin-tastic sound.

I am really happy with my Kooks headers in combo with Corsa Sports. I thought header would sound loud and obnoxious but quite the opposite. It sounds like a Corsa below 3500 rpm and like a race car over 3500. Plus, NO drone.
I like the off throttle gurgling too. If ya want some loud poppng, just go into 2cd gear paddle mode and get off the gas to wake up the old folks dozing off on their porches.

Hey brother! Beautiful looking car to go with that amazing sound. I bet she turns a lot of heads.
Congratulations on an all around fantastic ride. Looks like she could be on the cover of a magazine!
If you get time one day how about posting a vid near the exhaust up close like that Jason Schmitt vid I posted in the OP?

I like my setup (duh): 1 3/4 Kooks LTs thru the stock mufflers. Quiet when I need it to be (my neighborhood, at night, on the highway) but screams like a race car when I'm on it hard. Although the aftermarket muffler idle videos sound nice, I'd have a hard time living with that day in and day out. I had cutouts on my C5. They were fun for a week. After that they were closed again.
