Z51 vs base model, are the brake lines the same ?
I have a Z51 2008, need to replace one front brake line, wanted to know if there is any diffrence between the base model to the z51.

Others will chime in, but I've never heard there was a different brake line for the Z51 brakes vs. non-Z51. BTW, what's the matter with the current brake line?

The lines are the same. However, if you buy a line make sure it fits. Although I believe my 08 Z uses a different line than yours I ran into a problem when the parts available from GM and aftermarket parts suppliers didn't match the old line that was on the car.

That was happened to the brake line.
The car is almost ready to go back on the road, just wanted to make sure I've got the right lines...
