Default Cluster problem

hi

i am a french owner of 2005 c6 coupe since 5 years
sudently my cluster stopped working, all gauges and digital screen died
everything in the car is still working, even Hud, lights, seats, radio ...
only the cluster is dead

TEch 2 said U1000 data class 2 communication error

BCM was changed and the probleme is still there
i have disconnected connectors behind the cluster, and cleaned them, no corrosion...

while moving these connectors some times cluster revived for 4-5 seconds and died
tried to solder the connector : no effect

grounds have been checked, cleaned and screwed

france corvette dealers are few and have little knowledge
any ideas ?

thanks

Physically check the voltage at the IPC FUSES.

There are two test points on top of each fuse. Use a Volt meter and test each slot to chassis ground. You will need to have the ignition switch ON.

You should see full battery voltage on both test slots.
