A6 and M6 are both 6-speed transmissions.
Your profile only says "male", so it's hard to tell what you have.

CoW BOOSTER! and our 4.10 REAR END.

If it were my car.... That's what I would do.

You will LOVE IT. Done it 100's of times.

One of the biggest smiles you can get out of a married middle aged man.

Trust me.

A FAST INTAKE CAN BE PICKED UP USED FROM 650 TO NEW FOR 900 HERE, PUT ANOTHER 150 OR SO FOR PORTING. It TAKES ABOUT 1 TO 1.5 HOUR TO INSTALL MAX ITS EASY. THE SHOP THAT DOES MY MAJOR WORK CAN INSTALL HEADS FOR 800 BUCKS SO IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR SHOP MIGHT BE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN HAVE YOUR HEADS PORTED DONE OR NEW HEADS BOUGHT FROM 900-2900. IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. NOS IS GOOD FOR A TRACK CAR ONLY IN MY OPINION, NO NEED FOR NOS ON THE STREET IT RUNS OUT WAY TO QUICK..

GEARS WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOUR CAR FEELS BUT DOES NOT GIVE YOU MORE HP/TQ. I LIKE THIS FOR THE STREET AND OR TRACK CAR.

THE COW BOOSTER WELL IT IS WHAT IT IS YOU MAKE A CHOICE ON THAT..IVE HEARD SOME GOOD ABOUT IT AND ALOT MORE BS BUT THAT YOU CAN RESEARCH YOURSELF.

THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK AND SOP FEEL WOULD BE GEARS. YOUR CAR ALREADY IS NEAR 500RWHP. YOU COULD OF ALSO DONE 20% UD PULLEY.

I know that different cars have different gear ratios. Roads are different everywhere (asphalt and greasy here in Austin), etc...

But I have 451 rwhp with a mini-tub and 345 wide tires in the rear and my car can't hook up really at all in 1-3 gears. I'd love to have 490+ rwhp, just not sure what I'd do with it!

Maybe once I replace these aged Michelins with some Toyos next month I'll start hooking up better and I'll feel the need for more power then!

Wouldn't he need more fuel pump to go E85?

Most people just get lead astray by what vendors tell them they should have....

If you've got a stick and you're smart..... You probably already have 4.10s
