Default Gas leaking into oil!?!?!?!

My car(06 Base light mods) threw a code the other day, P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire. Assuming it was more than likely plugs or wires I changed them. In the process of changing them I was smelling a faint gas smell. As I dug deeper to find the smell, I found that it was coming from the oil. Ive been told to check a couple of things, one of them seems easy enough and that's to check the FPR. I have no idea where it is located on my car. The other thing was to check for a leaky injector. I ran a pressure test on it and it pressurized to 50psi. Within 3 minutes pressure dropped 6psi, over 20psi in an hour. Is that normal for the pressure to go out or should it hold for a longer time than what I'm experiencing? Has anyone else had this issue? If so please help.

How did you determine that fuel was leaking into your oil?

The spark plugs are in the combustion chamber where fuel exists, and if you have enough blow-by, oil could be there as well.

If you are getting a very strong fuel odor then yes, there is an issue because it is not igniting but a slight fuel smell isn't unheard of.

There was a faint smell prior to changing the plugs. When I removed the oil cap it's like being slapped in the face with fuel. The oil on the dipstick smells of gas as well. The oil has about 200 miles on it and it's cloudy and seems a bit thin.

Just a guess:

If you had a misfire, it's possible some of the unburnt fuel leaked by the rings and went into the sump..

Sounds like a bad injector. The fpr is in the tank

That amount of pressure leakdown in the fuel rail is EXCESSIVE which points to a dribbling injector... Are the injectors stock / original ?

The injectors are not stock. They are 60lb 3 bar made by FIC and were replaced about a year ago.

Thank you all for the input and suggestions as to what I could be experiencing. After speaking with John at FUEL INJECTOR CONNECTION we have come to the same conclusion that its more than likely a leaky FI. John has already shipped me a new one with the intentions of that being the issue. Top notch guy and company for taking the initiative to guarantee their product. Once I tear into it I will post the results in anticipation that someone else may find this thread useful.
