This is a great price so if you are thinking about doing this jump on it and save yourself a few $$ (I just went and pulled up what I paid for mine non Group Purchase and you do save a significant amount)

Should be picking up the car this weekend after getting a bunch of work done to it (Including having these and LG Sways/end links installed) so I can't tell you what difference they make yet

My '07Z is my daily driver. I have always preferred a car with a little more shock but since my car seemed pretty harsh over city dips and bumps, I hesitated until GP 5.0. I got the poly bushings just to try, assuming I would stick with the new rubber bushings. I installed the shocks with the poly bushings first. No going back. I love these shocks. Overall, there is more dampening than the stock shocks but the progression feels totally different. The stock shocks would squish a little with a hard thump at full compression. The DRM valving picks up the dampening immediately and progressively with no final thump or "crash" at full travel. I also feel that the poly bushings take out the soft part of the initial travel that you get with the rubber bushings and lets the shock work immediately with the suspension movement, not an inch or so late. I think that this is one of the main reasons they help take out the skittish feeling you get over rough surface cornering with the stock shocks and rubber bushings. They noticeably tighten up the feel of the entire suspension. If you didn't get the whole picture, then I will just say I love mine.

How would these work on a lowered 2007 Z06? I'm lowered on the stock bolts, so nothing too extreme.

I would say 50-70 percent of the happy customers are lowered on stock bolts. They will work very well for you!

Great improvement over the stock shocks...best bang for the buck mod out there IMO. $75 less than what I paid

I had these shocks on my 09 Z06 and they were the single best upgrade I did to that car. If you are on the fence, don't be. These shocks are so much better than the factory shocks. They make the car more compliant on the highway and on bumpy roads yet better handling in the twisties.

That said, when are you guys going to have something for the C7? I have mag ride on mine but I know that non mag ride C7 owners could really benefit from your shocks and I would certainly chime in when that subject comes up. If my car wasn't mag ride, I'd be banging your doors down!

I love mine on my 07Z, much better ride without being too harsh. I went with the poly bushing and would recommend them.

Once you get too slammed increase spring rates is a good idea. They are going to be better then stock but not as good as going to a coilover setup.

Paid my downpayment yesterday.

Will be the first real mod on my car, unless you count Mild to Wild or PSS tires.
