Default Need suggestions on valve springs

I need to change the valve springs on my car. 07Z. The motor is stock presently, but might want to throw a cam in there at some point in the future.

What valve spring are all of the cool kids running right now? If I can't find anything worth while, I'll pick up a stock set for $100 and put those back in.

Do the heads, not just springs, especially if you are planning to have a cam in the future. I went with PSI single springs as recommended by Katech and heads done by WCCH with bronze guides.

The heads will get done. So far, they still seem to be good according to the "wiggle" test.

I'm collecting parts right now. Instead of stainless valves for the exhaust, I'm thinking of just going with titanium. The Katech thread weirded me out a little on stainless valves.

I followed Katech advise and did my heads with Titanium intake and exhaust valvles coupled with single PSI 1511 springs, although you can go with stock exhaust valves as well and save some money. I have this configuration paired with k501 cam. Love the power and top end pull.

Also, wouldnt you have to do the cam at the same time? My understanding is that springs configuration and cam must match.

The new PSI LS1515ML Beehive endurance spring will fit the LS7 OEM installed height (1.959") with no shimming. It will also work well with your LS7 retainers and most of the current LS7 cams.
Although the PSI 1511 spring will work with lots of shims, it is designed for the LS1.

This is another solid choice, although it is more seat and open pressure / supports more lift than the 1511's (and if you need those attributes, it's a great choice, but if you don't..) - the biggest drawback is you have to use the stock LS7 retainer (but again, it is fairly light).
