Anyone with a Corsa exhaust and an LG rear tow hook?
Long shot but I thought I would ask if anyone's running this setup.
No matter how the exhaust is adjusted, the rear mufflers rub, bang and vibrate on the rear tow hook. The clearance between the tow hook and mufflers is really close. I honestly don't think the tow hook and Corsa combo was looked at by LG when being designed or prior to release because once installed it's clear the fit is way too close.
So I guess another question would be.... is there another rear tow hook that is narrower than the LG that will/would work with the Corsa exhaust?

I'm running a VMS rear hook from eBay. No clearance problems with my Corsas.

Nice. Any chance you have a picture of it from underneath showing the clearance from the back of the hook to the mufflers? No biggy if you don't.
Your exhaust didn't require any adjustment?

I'll try to remember to get shot of it after work tonight. I didn't need to adjust the mufflers at all. The VMS hook comes out at a 45* angle or so, compared to the LG which is 90*.

Here's the best pics I could get without jacking the car up. Hope these help.

As a side note - I sent Anthony at LG an e-mail with the pictures of their rear tow hook installed on my car and a link to this thread with the VMS rear tow hook installed.

I installed the VMS hook over the weekend and it fits perfect and has ZERO fitment issues. No rubbing. No banging. Fits perfect.
That being said, I will say that the tow hook is probably a bit weaker than I think it should be. The material needs to be thicker. I can easily move the bracket up and down with my hand. It's fully installed and bolted down so it's was installed correctly.
I'd hate to think how much it will move if the hook actually had to be used. If a track tow truck had to hook up to me in any other direction that directly back, I would be afraid that the VMS tow hook might bend A LOT.
