Default Z06 Spec T56
Is the only upgraded part over a standard t56 the 30 spline main shaft?

In my 03 cobra days, the only thing needed to bring its t-56 to 'viper spec' was to change the input shaft. There were a lot of people running 600+ ftlbs (at the wheels) through the t-56 on their 03 cobra with no issues--the only upgrade to the transmission was the input shaft.

Z06 T56 also have the 1 piece countershaft (non Z06 have 2 piece).

Is the countershaft the same thing as a cluster?

Also, does the z06 t56 have a steel 3/4 shift fork stock?

Correct. You should have it in your T56.
