Right now my plan is to lease one next year. I'm torn between the coupe and drop bc I plan on keeping my c6 drop.
so I will say May 2014 at the earliest unless I hit the powerball before then

Drifting
While that is a good strategy, being debt free and staying that way is currently a higher priority (unlike the clowns in DC, but that is another topic for another segment of this forum).

I currently have Auto in my GS but If I do upgrade to the C-7 (more than likely) I would probably go for the stick.
Throwing out another opinion I would like to also go with automatic if they offer remote start as I am partial to warming the interior of the car during the winter months or cooling if off during the summer months.

When 0% financing is offered on a $60k car, but you offer to pay cash, they will give you a "cash discount" and you'll end up paying $55k or so. Now the $5k difference is the implicit interest rate on the $60k financed car at "zero percent financing."
Rewording an agreement to sound like it's interest free does not make it interest-free.

April/2014.
By the time it's available where I live it will be close to the snowy winter, so I'd rather wait for a full summer driving season + by then the price will probably be a bit lower too.

...plus I'll have to be able to get the same sweet deal that I got on my C6. 0% interest and below invoice pricing. This might take awhile, but the wait will be easy in my beauty of a C6.

There will never be zero percent financing in substance, on paper perhaps.
