Is there anyway to order this bodykit from GM?

It was a collaboration between Chevrolet and Polyphony? It looks so good imo. Do they make it for customers as well?

Nose/bumper is the same, just the grille is different with the lower splitter added.

It's all personal taste and preference...nobody can dictate what anybody else likes...but I just don't understand this fascination with matte finishes. There is a Mercedes AMG C class that parks near me at work with a matte black finish. Clean = OK. Dirty = looks like a '69 Nova I drove around in primer all through high school. I understand they are finicky to wash and not so easy to keep looking nice.
In my opinion, a highly detailed meticulously detailed and polished finish wins every day.

I haven't seen any vendor with the same splitter.
I really dig the grill. Hope that comes available, or even that the Z06 version that was leaked fits the base opening.
