Can someone modify my tune to delete the rear o2 sensors ?
I have tested the diablo tune for my Z51 and I loved it.
I'm installing a set of LT headers and off road xpipe.
Can someone modify my tune to delete the rear o2 sensors ? I don't want to change anything else, the car runs great, good mpg and it's my daily driver.
I live in Europe, there are no Corvette tuners around here to do a custom tune...

Le Mans Master
Contact Diablew (Monte06SS). He can do a custom mail order tune through the Diablo for $150 for the added parts and cat delete.

You will need the front o2 sensors turned off with headers and off-road X-pipe. The rear cats are not monitored on USDM cars, not sure about European-spec cars though.

You never turn off the front O2's. They supply the PCM necessary feedback on the A/F ratio.
In HP Tuner, you actually stop the PCM from turning on the Check engine light or setting a code when the rear O2 sense the cats are not efficient enough.
