I'd buy it and start putting some miles of smiles on it.

Thanks for all the feedback, my wife and I are going to decide today. She is reluctant to give up her air scarf in the Mercedes Convertible, but agrees that since I do all the driving she is willing live without it if that is what I want . Great Wife!!!

Very nice the colors remind me of my first vette a 1993 40th ann. ruby red coupe and 20,000 off sounds like a great deal!

That sounds similar to the one I passed on last Friday. 108 MSRP with 23k off. Unfortunately, my wife thought the LBR & Spice Red combo was too much red. If you like though, go for it.

I would offer this though...

If the car is not something you would custom order and are only looking at it because of the discounted price, you may soon forget the price and dwell on what's missing.

Thanks to everyone for all the feedback. Regarding being without my 2007 Vette, it has been sorely missed by me, but it has been helped a lot by driving a great silver/burgundy 2014 E350 Mercedes convertible with all the options including air scarf, blind spot monitors, birds eye camera, superior cruise controls, parking sensors, drives well with lots of pep, has lots of storage space and leg room. With all of that said, it is not a Vette, and regardless what anyone says, nothing runs or makes the driver smile and feel great like a Vette. So I still have not decided if I am ready to give up the many safety and comfort features and spend a large amount of money to drive the only car that truly drives like a Vette and makes me extremely happy the entire time I am driving it. Heart vs Logic, the eternal struggle. Wonderful Wife of 33 years has given me her blessings, so now it is entirely up to me. If I do make the switch, it will only be for a C7 Z06. Thanks again to everyone.

Also FYI the only things I would change on this car would be to switch it to black rims (tried to build it into the deal but they would not agree) and possibly change the top to black later, but the dark red top is growing on me and is seldom up anyway, so this car is very close to exactly what I would order with the available options.

Brain won this time, but the heart is still fighting for a Vette and will likely win eventually. I will not stop looking and test driving (half the fun) and will eventually find the one I absolutely cannot resist buying. Once again, thanks to everyone for the input.

And therein lies the rub. When you know what you're looking for, you're not going to settle for other than.

The interior/exterior color combination holds no appeal to me. However, between any Mercedes Benz, and this one, I'd of already bought it, if it was what you like.

For that price, you should be knocking on their door ready to buy. That's a very good deal IMO.

Why are you asking this question? Don't think you find anything better. If you have the shekels, pull the trigger.
