It seems that the 2017 cars have some different programming when it comes to AFM. These were tested on 2014 and 2016 C7 cars. We will try to work through this but for now will only install on 2014-16 cars

Yep you can completely remove AFM with NO CEL. The feedback is great. I have asked those that have purchased to post uncensored comments in this thread for the benefit of other members. As with everything we sell here at Edgyvette your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Thanks. I would like to order the product. Just to make sure. 2015 z51 m7 with the NPP actuators, fuse #42 and the NPP valves removed. Hallteck cai, ARH mids with cats, Borla catless x-pipe, B & B bullets without the NPP. The car has been tuned, and the tune removed the function of the AFM, so they stay open all the time and the skip shift from 1st to 4th has been eliminated. I just want to make sure the product will work given the above mods. Please PM me the price, I'm in the Toronto, Canada area, so the US dollar is killing the CAN dollar. Price of the product and shipping please. Thanks.

Interested in a set for my 2014 that I'm tracking. If I unplug the actuators with the car off will th AFM valves default open and stay open? Or do I need to remove them? I'm not looking to replace the catback, just remove a known failur point.

If you unplug the actuators you will get a CEL code. The valves are spring loaded to stay open. The tune eliminated the CEL from activating so I was able to remove the actuators. Its been a couple of years and no issues. The tune also de-activated the 4 cylinder mode.

The whole point of this product is to prevent the CEL and having to void your warranty with a tune.
