DEXOS or not?

DEXOS or not?
I just had the 500 mile service. The Dealer (Autonation Delray Beach FL) used Mobile 1 5W-30. However it was not DEXOS rated. They are telling me that DEXOS is not required even though the Filler Cap is marked as such. Anyone have specific info.

If your dealer used Mobil1 5W-30, that IS Dexos1 certified. Not sure what your dealer is thinking. Just google mobil1 specs and you will find the specs.
