Best Leather Conditioner for Dried out Leather?
My Leather seats on my 94 are dried out and showing wear. They are not ripped or torn, but are in need of some good reconditioning. I have some meguiars conditioner and it didn't seem to help much. I also have used lexol in the past and I wasn't real impressed. Anything out there that can make my seats look a lot better? Thanks!!

The leather in a Vette is coated and products like Leathermasters are
designed to work with that leather type. (Also known as finished leather). The leather is firm and protected and often only needs basic care.
Leatherique is often suggested and others have suggested benefits from using it. It is a very tedious and well designed process but results may vary. What is clear when using a reconditioning versus conditioning product is that more time is needed and extra care should be used before jumping.

The challenge is that boots and aftermarket leather products can often be uncoated. As such they require much different care and maintenance. For example, Connolly is well known and offers a product for uncoated leathers, and it doesn't do anything for coated leather. It really is most important to find the leather type before considering the need and care .....
