What's the widest front tire in a 17 or 18 that you can put on the front. These would be track day only tires, slicks.

I'm currently running a 305/30/18 on the front, it's a tad bit too wide or tall though. I got some slight rubbing at Grattan raceway on the fender lip. Nothing horrible, but next set of tires will probably be 285s.

I also run 305/30x18 on a 12" front rim. For a tight track I think 275 or 285 would be better on a 10" rim

I run 295x18 fronts and they seem to be a good fit

315-30-18 Hoosiers or 315-35-18 Kumhos.......I have seen people try 335's on the front which did not work and created body damage.

I have 315/35-17 on front. Car is lowered max on screws without cutting bushings & about -2 degrees camber. No rubbing that I have noticed.

315x17s work on the front with ~9.5" rims. I run either 315 or 335X17s rear. T1 guys run 295 or 315 fronts.
