Were you in the C6Z or are you quikag? (who also happens to be on a few other forums?)

It always sucks to hear about a blown engine

Another one bites the dust... GM didn't do so hot with the LS7.

Doesn't matter really... been around Corvettes for a long time and you hear about way more failed LS7s than anything before.

looks like maybe a mechanical overrev... maybe went to 1st instead of 3rd..
