Default Mike Newlander

A GREAT friend to many of us had eye surgery this AM. Mike is one hell of a good guy always helping everyone. His post to this Forum are also helpful and a lot of fun. Prayers are in order if you are so inclined!

Get well soon Mike.

I hope it is just laser surgery or something else routine.

Hang in there Michael.

I had Lasik done to both eyes in 1999. It changed my life. I hope this is what he is experiencing.

Detached retina. The first operation was months ago but did not go well. He is going to the doctor tomorrow. Sounded like it was already hurting and the pain killer had not worn off yet. I think he is going to have a rough night.

Mike called me to offer GREAT advice on the proper line for Road America when I ran at the KIC last month. I hope all is well, and wish Mike "Best Wishes for a full and speedy recovery"
